You will support the Head of Human Resources on a range of company matters.
What are you going to do?
Together with 3 fellow HR employees you provide full HR support. You are the first point of contact for employees and managers for questions about training, terms of employment and company regulations. You process personnel changes, and you support other HR advisors. You organize recruitment & selection processes, and you play an active role in various HR projects. You have a proactive, independent and supportive position within the HR team, and you are an important link in the employment relationship between employees and the organization. You work from location in Europort Rotterdam with possibility to work from home from time to time.

Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for HR advisor with an experience in this field (this is temporary position that might turn in a long-term employment);
- You have your own transport to and from work (there is no public transport nearby).
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You are accurate, independent, cooperative, and hardworking.
