What you do as a Cultivation Employee
- Picking orders and preparing them neatly for transport
- Care, maintenance and pruning
- Potting plants
This is what your working day looks like:
You start your day with a nice cup of coffee. With the team you discuss the work for today, have any orders been received that have priority or for which what needs to be arranged? Are the plants in good condition, does the irrigation still work and so on. Then you get to work! The first orders have to be taken out before noon so you take the order list and start collecting the necessary plants. Quite a job, but you already have quite a bit of plant knowledge so you can save yourself. After the car has left with the orders, you start potting some plants from the greenhouse. After lunch you will get to work on the site, nice in the sun to ensure that the stock is neat and mapped out so that you know what you can do first tomorrow, do you have to start cutting first, or continue potting?
